Dining
As the main restaurant of the Hotel, all the native produce of the island is displayed through its creative and authentic selections.
In the morning a sumptuous breakfast is offered featuring both Western and local specialities, as well as a selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices. The atmosphere and cuisine moves to ŕ la carte in the evening, possessing the pungent spices of Mauritius, which are blended with a diversity of fine recipes from around the world, producing a fusion of enticing flavours.
The Veranda
The lunch menu features a choice of exciting light dishes served around the pool overlooking the Indian Ocean. An impressive selection of toasted sandwiches, oven cooked pizzas, generous salads and home-made ice creams are offered.
The Plantacion
The marriage of a spectacular oceanfront setting with an original approach to the freshest seafood and Creole cuisine will make this restaurant a destination for both Mauritians and Hotel guests. A sumptuous array of fish and shellfish are served for lunch and dinner in this restaurant where guests may also enjoy live Sega performances and original local entertainment several times a week.
The Gourmet Kiosque
Located close to the swimming pool, the Gourmet Kiosque serves delicious sweet snacks such as waffles, pancakes and an assortment of ice creams.
The Bar
This 500m2 lounge features sumptuous sofas, comfortable armchairs and discreet lighting. It is the central area of the Hotel, open all day long. Certainly the ideal place to enjoy a late breakfast, traditional high tea or an evening cocktail. Live musical entertainment is provided until midnight.
Sanctuary Spa
The Sanctuary, located inside the Hotel, is a vast 400 square meters space dedicated to treatments for the body and the soul. One of the 9 treatment rooms is located in the tropical gardens overlooking the lagoon offering massages in a delicate seaside breeze. More than a massage or sports centre, The Sanctuary offers a unique concept in Mauritius, and its original environment takes its inspiration from "Zen" philosophy, with a restful decoration.

The Residence offers 135 oversized rooms and 28 suites, inspired by blend of sobriety and elegance.
The sun's dance on the shutters sifts into the interior to create a melody of light and dark, its mottled shaddows wavering over a muted colour-scheme of white and delicate shades of beige, picking out harmonies of honey coloured woods and wrought iron, highlighting nuances in the sandy tiles. In the bathrooms marble and wood are elegantly combined.
The final touch to perfect the refined atmosphere in the rooms during the evening is the few drops of Ylang Ylang that are delicately placed on ceramic rings warmed by the bedside lamps.
Rooms
The 135 luxuriously appointed rooms, each with a private balcoy or terrace, have a king size or twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, living area, Satellite Tv with in-house movie channels, a fully stocked personal bar and a direct dial telephone with its own voice mail system.
Suites
The 28 luxuriously suites, each with air-conditioning and ceiling fan , are divided in 4 categories : The " Garden view junior Suite" enjoy a adjoining area while the " Garden wiew Senior Suites" have their own separate living room. Both feature satellite Tv with in-house movie & music channels, tea & coffee facilities. Dvd/Cd player and direct dial telephone with voice mail system. The Terrace comes complete with chairs and table. Sun-beds are placed also in the Senior suites. Both categories are perfect for families. Optional complimentary facility : computer with internet access.
Colonial Suites
The "Colonial Ocean View" and " Colonial Ocean Front " Suites are elegantly furnished in a refined colonial style and enjoy a sumptuous four-poster bed. The living room hosts a computer with free internet access, tea and coffee facilities, mini bar, satellite Tv with in-house movie channels.(one tv set is also placed in the bedroom). Dvd/Cd player and direct dial telephone with voice mail system.
Both categories have a spacious terrace furnished with wooden chairs, table and sun-beds. The Colonial Ocean Front Suite boast breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
All the Suites are appointed with spacious marble bathrooms with a separate bathtub and shower cabin, a hairdryer and expansive wardrobe and electronic safe and offer luxurious La Prairie amenities. The Colonial Ocean Front Suites benefit from a second bathroom with additional toilet and shower.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
.If cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
.If a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to arrival, then a 2 nights penalty fee will apply.
.No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Cheaper Rates
Guests from South Africa, Australia, Asia and South America will get cheaper rates.
Liability

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
