Spoon des Iles represents the first venture out of Paris of Monsieur Ducasse's Spoon Food & Wine restaurant and explores the world of food with a tempting array of multi-ethnic cuisines matched by the finest selected wines, chosen by Monsieur Ducasse's trusted sommelier Gérard Margeon.
La Terrasse

Bars
Two hallmark cocktails sum up the best of the exotic concoctions One&Only Le Saint Géran's bartenders can whip up. A full drink menu is available at both bars, and staff are only too happy to make cocktails to order.
Sommelier Gerard Margeon has selected a range of wines, cocktails and champagnes for the elegant bar at Spoon des Iles, including his signature drink "Fashion Champagne"- a must before, or indeed after, dinner.
Coolest of all Le Saint Géran drinking haunts is the Pool Bar, as popular for its luscious pancakes as for its cocktails, seating visitors on an islet in the middle of the swimming pool.

Junior Suites
With Dutch and French colonial influences, eclectic European comfort and style characterize One&Only Le Saint Géran's 148 new Junior Suites. From the terrace, the view extends over the contrasting white sands and deep blue of the sea and the lagoon, while the interior, dominated by a soft king-sized bed or two queen beds, is both intimate and romantic. The dressing room provides ample space to store belongings, while the bathroom includes a dual vanity unit, private toilet, a roomy shower, large bath and special lighting.
Ocean Suites
Each of Le Saint Géran's 14 spacious Ocean Suites are decorated in warm tones of beige, earth and spice. Sit back and luxuriate in the breath-taking, invigorating sea views.
A separate roomy lounge, private dining room and two secluded terraces lead off of the sumptuous master bedroom. Shower al fresco after a dip in the sea, or relax on the mini-patios that back on to the beach. Inside, plush upholstered sofas offer comfortable seating, while the draped curtains and sliding shutters frame the grand bay windows. Each Ocean Suite is connected to a Junior Suite, making it an excellent choice for families.
The Villa
The Villa is a classical island home. Enjoy a simply amazing view of the Indian Ocean from the private swimming pool and garden shower. During the peak season 22.12.06 - 05.01.07, a minimum length of stay of 10 nights is required.

For your convenience, HotelRentalGroup offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
.If cancellation is received 36 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
.If cancellation is received 35 days or more prior to arrival, then 3 night room charged will be lost.
.If cancellation is received 21 days or more prior to arrival, then 5 night room charged will be lost.
.In case of No-show, then the full amount will be lost.
Children Policy (for children aged under 12)
.Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
.Children's rate are available upon request.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
